WELCOME TO SNOWORK MOUNTAIN TOURS

Alpine Bowls, steeps and chutes to cruising runs, New Zealand ski areas have it all. There are two commercial and five club ski areas within 2hrs drive of Christchurch city, each providing a unique Southern Alps experience.

Based in Christchurch, Snowork offer guided day tours, transport and multi day ski and snowboard packages to Canterbury ski areas - Mt Hutt, Porter Heights, Mt Olympus, Mt Cheeseman, Broken River, Craigieburn Valley, Temple Basin and Mt Potts.

Whether you are a learner or advanced skier or snowboarder our packages can include everything you need to enjoy your experience – 4WD transport, lift passes, equipment and outerwear, instruction and even accommodation.

We can take you direct to the resorts for learn to ski or snowboard packages or when the snow falls follow the powder for off-piste, inbounds backcountry at the club fields.

Your guide has a wealth of experience skiing and riding these mountains. Your driver/ guide will assist you on the mountain with fitting equipment, showing you around the facilities, help with using the rope tows at the club fields, or showing you the best runs and the powder stashes. We are there to ensure you day runs smoothly and you can maximise your time on the snow.

Your safety is our priority. In addition to training in first aid and 4wd we have full public liability insurance and comply with Land Transport New Zealand regulations. Travel in safety and comfort in an 8 passenger air-conditioned 4wd vehicle fully equipped for traveling in the New Zealand high country. Onboard PlayStation 2 and DVD's will keep you entertained on the way to the big white.
