Concessions
Student = full time tertiary ID required.
Child = high school student or under 17yrs ID required.
Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard or Cash payments.
Credit Card details must be given at the time of payment.
Cancellations
For day tours, cancellations must be received before 6pm the evening before travel, or the transport fare will be charged.

Cancellations of  multi-day tours, group bookings, or charters must be at least 48 hours prior to departure.

Minimum numbers apply for all trips. Departures are subject to weather, snow and road conditions. Recreational equipment is standard carving skis, boots and poles or snowboard and boots. Some packages are upgradeable to include performance equipment.
